01 General Terms
bbsolt ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online gaming and betting service operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and bbsolt.
These Terms apply to all services provided through the bbsolt website, mobile application, and platform. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
- bbsolt reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
- Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
- The latest version of this agreement will always be available on this page.
- These Terms written in Bengali are the authoritative and legally effective version.
02 Account Registration and Personal Information
To register with bbsolt, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account cancellation.
- Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts for the same person are strictly prohibited.
- The name, date of birth, and contact information provided at the time of registration must be truthful.
- It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure.
- You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
- Sharing or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
- Failure to provide required documents during the account verification (KYC) process may result in withdrawal being suspended.
03 Age Limit and Eligibility Requirements
bbsolt is for individuals aged 21 or older only. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the platform.
- A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested to verify age at the time of registration.
- If it is proven that a user is under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately.
- Funds deposited in a minor's account may not be refunded.
- bbsolt is firmly committed to protecting minors and follows a zero-tolerance policy on this matter.
04 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
bbsolt processes fast and secure financial transactions through the major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.
- Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (for each method).
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800.
- Accepted Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
- Withdrawal Time: Generally completed within 10-45 minutes.
- The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same — withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited. Deposits and withdrawals must be made from the account holder's own mobile banking number.
- In the case of unusual transactions, additional verification may be required and withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.
- bbsolt will not be held responsible for delays in transactions due to technical issues with the system.
05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
bbsolt offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read carefully before accepting.
- Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Wagering requirement is 20x.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn unless the wagering requirements for the bonus are met.
- More than one bonus cannot be used at the same time.
- Not all games may be available to play with bonus funds — the list of eligible games for each bonus is published separately.
- If bonus abuse is proven (multiple accounts, coordinated betting, etc.), the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.
- bbsolt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Before claiming any promotional offer, verify the information provided on that offer's specific terms page.
06 Betting and Gaming Policy
All games and betting on the bbsolt platform are conducted under fair and transparent policies. Game outcomes are determined in a completely impartial manner using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If the outcome of any game or bet becomes uncertain due to a technical error, bbsolt reserves the right to review it and cancel it if necessary.
- If a proven technical error exists in any game, the result of that round may be cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded.
- bbsolt is not responsible if a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or device issues.
- For sports betting, results will be considered final after the official result is announced.
- If suspicious betting patterns are detected, bbsolt reserves the right to investigate and suspend the related bets.
07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbsolt platform and involvement in them will result in the account being immediately and permanently closed:
- Any form of fraud, cheat software, or hacking attempts.
- Abusing bonuses by opening multiple accounts.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Attempting to access another user's account.
- Attempting to attack or destabilize the platform's servers or network.
- Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other players.
- Rude or abusive behavior toward bbsolt staff.
- Using the platform for illegal purposes.
In the case of prohibited activities, bbsolt reserves the right to confiscate all balances in the related account and may also consider taking legal action.
08 Privacy and Data Security
bbsolt gives the highest importance to protecting your personal information. Our platform is secured with SSL encryption and your information is not sold to third parties.
- Your personal and financial information is used solely for the purpose of providing services.
- bbsolt never stores your password or complete payment information.

09 Limitation of Liability

- Loss due to loss of internet connection or third-party network issues.
- Unexpected technical problems or downtime during server maintenance.
- Loss due to issues with the user's own device or software.
- Service disruption due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
- The user's password or login details falling into the hands of a third party.
In any circumstance, bbsolt's maximum liability will be limited to the current balance in the user's account.
10 Account Suspension and Permanent Closure
bbsolt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms.
- Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Failure to complete account verification.
- An account that has been inactive for a long period.
- A self-exclusion or break request made by the user themselves.
Any remaining valid balance will be refunded before the account is closed, unless the account is closed due to fraud or violation of restrictions. Users may also request account closure at any time through the support team.
11 Changes and Updates to Terms
bbsolt reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through a notification on the platform.
- Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
- The date on which the updated Terms take effect will always be noted on this page.
- If you do not wish to accept the new Terms, you may request account closure and withdraw your remaining balance.
